If you've had a call from Ross or Holly no doubt you have been impressed by their cheery and helpful nature on the phone. They are the tele- sales team for Total Communications ,who handle both business and consumer clients statewide.
Ross, who has a wealth of experience within the telecommunications industry joined Total Communications early in 2009 to work exclusively in the business space. Working in conjunction with our external business representatives throughout the state, Ross sets appointments accordingly, so that that personal touch is carried throughout the process. Ross through his wide knowledge of the complete communications sector is well respected by clients and staff members alike for his diligent and professional approach.

Holly has graduated from frontline sales into tele-sales, after joining the company some eighteen months ago. Holly manages existing mobile customers, who are in the final stages of their current mobile plan. Letters or text are then sent clients to let them know that their current agreement is due to expire. Holly then contacts clients acquainting them with the full range of options available upon the expiry of their current mobile plan. Depending upon their individual situation Holly can ensure clients obtain their maximum benefits by either recontracting over the phone, or if another handset is required they are able to visit their nearest store.
Holly is a breath of fresh air !
