TIPS FROM SERVICE FOR CUSTOMERS:
- When sending back any PDA device whether for repair/elf we should perform a hard reset before sending off it may not fix the problems but it definitely clears all data from the phone......
- Check when a customer is returning an elf that the box has a complete sales kit as incomplete sales kits will be rejected by the CLOC......
- Do not use a car charger or car kit as a primary source of charge as your phone will eventually lose audio incoming/outgoing....
- When using protective casing on phone/PDA make sure to face the screen away from the belt clip to prevent broken screens/and to prevent screen bleeding if the clip is magnetic.........
- Keep data usage to a minimum or use memory card only store 50-100 messages anymore can cause the handset to switch off, drop calls, & screen to blank out ......
- When phone is showing "out of service" it's practical to turn handset off as it uses 3 times the battery power when you have little or no service ......
- Switch off and reset the handset every 2-3 days to stop audio problems etc......
